Payment and Cancellation
Payment Terms
All reservations made through this web site must be accompanied by valid credit card details and the card will promptly be charged the full value of the booking (usually within 24hrs). A 2.5% surcharge applies to all credit card payments.
The prices indicated are per room or site, for the number of people and the date(s) selected previously, unless otherwise specified (packages).
All rates are quoted in NZ dollars on a per night basis and include 15% GST. All accounts must be settled directly with Fitzroy Beach Holiday Park in New Zealand dollars.
You must be 18yrs or over to make a reservation. Proof of ID may be required on arrival and presentation of a credit card (it does not need to be the same card as used for booking).
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If your booking was made directly with the park (including bookings made by phone/email and on our website, unless marked as non-refundable), a 10% administration fee (minimum $20) applies if you cancel at least 5 days prior to your arrival date; if you cancel less than 5 days prior to arrival or do not arrive for your booking, a 100% cancellation fee applies.
If your booking is for a major event (e.g. WOMAD, concerts at the Bowl of Brooklands, Americarna etc.) and you cancel less than 4 months prior to arrival, a 100% cancellation fee applies.
If you have booked a non-refundable rate, a 100% cancellation fee applies at any time.

Refunds will only be made to the credit card debited for the original transaction.
